Returns
We will gladly issue a refund for the merchandise portion of your order for any reason within 30 days of purchase as long as the merchandise is returned to us in new, undamaged condition.
To return a product, first contact us for a return authorization. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted, and the purchase will not be refunded. Returns from the US and Canada must be sent using a trackable method (e.g. Canada Post, FedEx, UPS). Customers are responsible for the return cost of shipping the product back.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, cheque, money order, and purchase orders. Please call us at 416-385-1222 if you would prefer to pay by an alternative method such as Interac email or cash and we will do our best to accommodate.
Shipping
1) Our primary shipping method is Mail - via Canada Post, however we reserve the right to select the most effective method.
2) Please call for shipping quotes for deliveries outside of Canada and the continental US.
3) We are able to offer expedited shipping methods if needed. Please call or email us to discuss options and cost for expedited shipping methods.
4) We offer a flat rate ($15.00) messenger service for deliveries in the city of Toronto. At checkout change the shipping method to: Messenger - (Toronto only).
5) For those in the Toronto area that wish to pick up orders (DVP/401 area) or make special arrangements, please call us. At checkout change the shipping method to: Special Arrangement-Call $0.00
6) Most orders ship within 24-48 hours of ordering.
7) Delivery time by Canada Post within Canada is typically less than one week.
8) Delivery times outside of Canada will vary depending upon location. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery (Customs delays and or additonal charges for duties/brokerage fees are a possibility which we cannot control). You are responsible for any customs charges at the time of delivery.
