What are my payment options?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, cheque, or purchase order through our secure on-line checkout. If you would like to pay by another method (IE Interac email, cash etc), or are more comfortable paying over the phone than on-line, choose cheque as your payment method at checkout and give us a call at: 416-385-1222
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically packaged and shipped within 24 hours of your order being placed. You will be notified via email when your order has shipped.
How is my order shipped?
The default shipping method is via Canada Post, however we reserve the right to choose the most effective shipping method.
Do you offer other expedited shipping services?
Yes. If you would like your order expedited, please choose the shipping option: “Special Arrangement” Call $0.00” and we will contact you with other shipping options (cost/time). We will not process your payment without your approval.
What is the shipping option: Messenger (Toronto only) $15.00?
We offer a flat rate messenger service delivery for baskets and gift orders in the Toronto area.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Be sure to call us first though, as you must have an appointment for pick-ups.
What is the shipping option: “Special Arrangement” Call $0.00”?
Select this option of you are planning to pick up your order or you would like us to call and provide expedited shipping options.
A portion of our annual sales will be donated to Speaking of Dogs Rescue to help the many
displaced and homeless dogs who come through the rescue’s doors each year.
